Got my product the very next day, and they provided tracking info too. Plus, they threw in a free sample of a different scent. Fantastic service!

"Let Down..."
I was quite pleased with the service and how fast it arrived, but the item I got, labeled as 'eau de parfum,' just doesn't hold up. The fragrance isn't as potent as what I've previously purchased from regular shops, so I'm feeling a bit let down. 😔

"Hey, I had a little hiccup with my order..."
Hey, I had a little hiccup with my order, but luckily it all got sorted out. My postman delivered my package just a few minutes ago. There was a hole in the parcel, and the fragrance slipped out, but he noticed it and handed it to me. Gotta say, great service from Royal Mail! Apologies for any trouble and for thinking about leaving a negative review; it wasn’t your fault at all. I finally have my order, and it’s fantastic!

"Would Suggest..."
I've shopped here before without any issues, but this time around, my free gift that was promised didn't show up. Otherwise, it would have been a full 5 stars. I still think it's a solid choice and believe this was just an honest mistake.

"Money Taken, No Product Received"
I never got my order, but they sure took my cash. I was told to contact Royal Mail, which ain't my issue. Royal Mail said I'm not the sender, so I'm stuck here. Just saw a reply that was unverified, and honestly, what a load of nonsense. My order number is 463212, and I got an email saying they won't replace it because it was marked as delivered to my house. Well, guess what? I have pics from Google Earth and my own photos showing there's no driveway at my place. Both Royal Mail and you guys are just lying.

"Super Satisfied"
I honestly can't find anything to complain about with this company. I recently placed an order that included a free gift, but when I applied a discount code, it took away the gift. I shot them an email asking why the gift was gone, and they got back to me right away. They had already packed my order but still generously refunded the whole amount so I could reorder without the discount code and get the free gift. Huge thanks! I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

"Highly Recommend"
This review comes after my fifth purchase from this store. The service is top-notch, delivery is quick, and they have an awesome selection of scents. I really dig the Laybuy option, plus they throw in great samples with each order. For me, it’s a solid 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
